7K - $35K a year We are looking to hire an office Personnel for the Bastrop Facility! Must have excellent communication skills, data entry skills, Team player, Sense of urgency, Self-starter, multitasker with organization skills, and be able to adapt to change Schedule:
6 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office:
3 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent proofreading and attention to detail - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
